Ridgemont 13 Ada 2 Ridgemont Lady Gophers win their opener 13-2 over the Lady Bulldogs of Ada. Grace Poeppelman goes 3-3 with 1 triple and1 RBI. Paige Guenther goes 2-3 with a triple, double, and 2 RBI's. Adding hits for the Lady Gophers were: Courtney Cobb with a triple, Bret Connolly and Bri Bodine each with a double. Base running was exceptional: Guenther stole three, Poeppelman added two stolen bases, and Cobb and Amber Pemberton each added 1 stolen. Pitching for Ridemont was Morgann Mercer (4 Innings) with 1 hit, no walks, no strike outs. Haley Miller (1 inning) no hits, no walks, and 2 strike outs. For the visiting Lady Bulldogs..... A. Fullom had a single. L. Simmons pitched 1 1/3 innings allowing 5 hits, 3 walks, and striking out 2. A. Kindle pitched 2 2/3 innings Striking out 4 and allowing 4 hits.
