Riverside lost to Columbus Grove 25-21,18-25,25-18,15-25,10-15 Erica Snapp had 18 pts, 10/10 hitting, 4 kills, 34/43 passing Taylor Leiss had 8 pts, 11/12 hitting, 5 kills, 4 blocks Sarah Schindewolf had 7 pts, 31/47 passing, 7/10 serve receive Amelia Carter was 11/12 hitting with 5 kills, and 11 blocks Victoria Thompson had 4 pts, 5 kills, and 11 blocks Abby Heaberlin was 6/9 serve receive, 18/21 passing and had 4 digs I was very proud of the girls even though we came up short tonight. They did a nice job against a tough nonconference team. This is going to help us become stronger down the road. We did make some errors and I think that is what cost us the match. We now need to be mentally prepared going into Saturday's tri-meet with SCC and Greenon. We are now 2-2 overall and 1-0 NWCC and we return to action Saturday at Springfield Central Catholic for a tri-meet The Riverside JV won 25-14,25-20,25-22 Ashley Jones had 16 pts Bailey Oliver had 15 and Christine Longbrake had 10 for the Pirates.
